That was item #1 on the post update patch list. Are you having the problem on everything, or just some missions/aircraft?

I observed the missing DVD decals on all TC tanks in the Quick Mission Builder, Last Chance Scripted Campaign and AAS multiplayer server.

There was a similar report in the TC section. I have passed this on to the QA team.

QA confirms the TC DVD is bugged and will get fixed.

"Yes, Nothing too terrible, the fix will be in the next update."

Just played career mode as Imperial Germany, got wounded and got the award.
The award is not displayed in the awards overview.

Me410 AA Engine break after 14-15min Combat fly (it should 30min!)

Standart Engine go to emergency Power after 14-16 min and than breaks! Same for AA Engine !

I have tested the Me410 doing exactly 1.3ata and 2500RPM, and got 30 minutes.  I did it a few months ago after the plane came out; when did you do this test?

Edit:  just did it again, and actually got just over 30 minutes; 30 minutes 55 seconds.  Then I put it to 15 minutes at 2300rpm 1.2ata, and received the message that combat power mode has been recovered after exactly 15 minutes.

I tested with default engine, and used 71% for lasting 30min, and when i used 82% it lasted 15min. But to me this looks like 2600rpm and 1.35ata, and thats why it lasted 15min. Thats why i ask what % do you see on techchat in your test. If engine have emergancy timer of 1min, and combat of 30min, if you go abow 1.3ata or 2500rpm, it will drain it mutch faster then expected .

I think you've misunderstood where the 2500rpm marker is.  71% is 2400rpm and about 1.26ata.  I see why you might think that the 2400 mark is the 2500 mark, based on where the "25" is written, but the 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 marks are the BOLD lines.  there is 1 marker for every 1k rpm, and if you count in between bold markers, there are 4 in between each of them.  2500rpm and 1.3ata is 79% using technochat.

Another random fact that you guys might want to know that I just discovered about the Me410, is that drag / loss of speed turning on the landing light (when it turns on it comes out of it's place and sticks out into the air) is modeled.  I had always wondered if those types of landing lights such as on the Me410 and P-47.

Kuban Autumn; no wind or turbulence; 4000m altitude; 50%/1200L fuel (set on unlimited fuel to keep consistent test results), no modifications, no bombs; both water radiators set at 20%.

2300 RPM / 1.2 ATA - 4kph IAS drop (from 443 down to 439)

2500 RPM / 1.3 ATA - 5kph IAS drop (from 460 down to 455)

P-47 D-28 - same map/altitude/conditions, 50%/700L fuel (unlimited), no modifications, cowl flaps at 0%, intercooler flaps at 50%, oil radiator at 50%.

2550 RPM / 42" - 5kph IAS drop (from 431 down to 426)

2700 RPM / 52" - 6kph IAS drop (from 464 down to 458)

What I like even more, is the new behaviour of the AI to accelerate to cruising speed with continious power, now, instead of emergency power, they used before. This makes it much easier to stay in the formation.

Unortunately in my Stalingrad career this only works the way it should, when we take off to the west with our Bf 110s, so the AI wingmen can cut the turn when we turn to the target at waypoint 1. In the missions we take off to the east, the wingma(e)n, flying behind me, fall back and catch up with climb speed, as I guess, while the flightleader waits at an altitude of 500m with a speed of 250km/h until the AI wingma(e)n catches up, which takes more than 30km.

So here are two issues, first the flightleader waiting with a speed of just 250km/h, which is by far too low for an aircraft, flying a cruising speed of 370km/h (380km/h according to the map), 300km/h would be much more reasonable. Second, the wingmen catching up with too low speed, and interestingly only the one or two, who are flying behind me, while they, when flying in front of me, are able to catch up very fast.

There is also a third issue, the flightleader isn't flying constantly at 500m, but loses some altitude and then throttles up again to climb back to 500m, which makes it hard for the player to know when he really starts to climb to the mission altitude, as he does that several times until the flight is complete.

During my P47 career in Normandy, I have the strangest thing going on with the AI. On bombing missions, the ai will fly in formation and then one by one corkscrew downwards and then pull back up and rejoin formation, each member of the formation does this one by one!!

Monday evening, I had an update download which took several minutes to be completed. Looks as if it had been a major one. No explanation found in neither the Updates nor the Developers Diary threads. Does someone have an idea what it is about?

There were no updates published on Monday, the last one was April 25th, version 5.102. You probably somehow missed installing that one when it was out.

Yep. And what is its content? Is there a description around? Don't find it...

Thanks

The first page of the update specific discussion threads has a link back to the 1C website where all of the latest information can be found.

But this will take you right to it.
