Okay, so I have got to ask. What is the deal with the Tempest being the only piston plane basically removed from this server? I was just on a mission that had unlimited D9s and unlimited K4s, this was in the month the D9 debuted and a month before the K4 debuted. The other day I was on a mission where the only allied planes available were almost a year old with most options locked out. I said to myself, lets switch and see what we get. I ended up with G6 late with MW50 and MK-108 6 months before it debuted. I also had available G-14s with everything unlocked and they did not debut for another year! If I go on one side, I can rarely even get up to date equipment. I move to the other side and get equipment from well into the future. If anyone wants to open that "available supply" in real life can of worms, remember, there is a German side with unlimited everything at almost every airfield. If the available supply question is going to be used, then Germany should come out with the short end if the stick, big time!  But that doesn't seem to ever happen and I'm not saying it should. If anyone is effected by supply amount it should be the cut off surrounded country, you know, like it was in real life.

I'm sure some fan boys will get their panties in a bunch, but this is just trying to understand, who is justifying this and how? The German side was desperate during the war and they have planes developed all the way to the end of 1944. The Tempest was the only plane on the allied side that was a big upgrade and intended as a end of the war fighter to start replacing other older fighters and it's basically removed from this server.

As a comparison, lets take the FW-190D9. This was a upgraded version of an existing fighter that even changed the body frame (sound familiar). It debuted in October 1944 and is all over these maps. The Tempest is the exact same thing with one difference......it debuted 5 moths before the D9! Yet it's removed from the server.
