cant reset password, not getting email

Last Week i had to reinstall windows, i wanted to download the game but did not remember my password.

 

I tried to reset password wich did always work before, but this time i do not get any email.

Send in a ticket , also no email, tried again today , nothing.

In spam is nothing.

 

So i made a new account with a diffrent email to write here.

 

I hope someone can help me.

Problem solved.

 

  I send a request from my phone, got ticket email to my account mail and later the link to reset.
