Can pls somebody say me, how i say the gunner, that he shoot automaticly the enemys?

In the two free tanks I don't think this is possible.

 

In Tank Crew, go to the commander's position and then activate the command menu. Follow the prompts to the 'Fire at will' option.

Except if you are driving a T34, then the Commander is the gunner
