IL2 1946 on WIN 11

Is this possible? And if so, what do I need to do next? My system has TPM. Have a Nvidia Geforce RTX so any setting concerns?

It was released in 2006 this is 17 years now. It seems still going strong and it shows how much the whole community would be energized, and IL2 and 1C would come immediately to shine if an announcement of a BOP would be made. But alas this will not be.
