How to show a solid image on desktop monitor in VR?

Hi all.   I want my  wife and friends to see what I see when I'm in combat. How do I get rid of the double image on my monitor?  Is there a way I can set my 8kx HMD so it displays what I see in VR onto my monitor?  The monitor is a 34" ultra wide 3440x1440.  Any help with this is much appreciated...take care all   Eddie.

It can be changed, search in game folder../settings.cfg: inside is one line, youay change monitor view on booth eyes, left only, or right. Sorry I forgot which line, you might recognise it...

Startup.cfg file, set the "or_render_eye = 1"  1 is right eye, 2 left, 0 normal split VR view, than set your screen for same res as desktop for best viewing.
