Would the loss of both elevators on the A-20 result in it almost instantly going into an inverted flat spin?

Immediately after my elevators were shot off the A-20 suddenly went into a nose dive and an inverted flat spin. My understanding if both your elevators were shot off is that the plane would continue to fly but you would be in a similar situation to that of the United Airlines DC-10 which crash landed at Sioux City in which pitch is controlled by adjusting the throttles — more power, nose goes up, less power nose goes down. If you didn’t do anything then the plane would go into phugoid cycles. Therefore, you wouldn’t almost instantly go into an inverted flat spin.

However, if you lost both horizontal stabilizers then yes the plane would go an inverted flat spin.

Posting a picture of the track file playing on your monitor isn't very helpful.
