It will barely keep 150 knots in a 2.5G turn at 5000 feet. that is new as it was much faster. Any help appreciated!

Any help appreciated! 330 mph approx, for my Tempest. 11lb at 3700 rpm high supercharger. 345 mph, 11lb 3700 rpm, low charger. It must be something your end. I was able to reproduce your condition with some abuse of the airframe. Entre the turn at a low airspeed, then gradually pull back on the stick until about 165 mph at 2.5 g showed, which is about the stall speed. Keep this up until the engine is wrecked. I would keep the speed up if I were you. Don't pull too hard on the stick. .. Edited March 12, 2023 by Gingerwelsh 1
