SCG_motoadve Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 I have 2 controllers creating conflicts, they have the same name MJ6 If I connect both they dont work properly Will re name fix this? Also there seems to be a lots of controllers in registry with the same name. Here is a video of how it looks in the registry, should I delete some of those repeated controllers? if so which ones. There are two controllers named MJ16 but registry shows 8 with the MJ16 name.
Sokol1 Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 Make a Windows Restoration Point, unplug the MJ16 and clear the register of MJ16 names, the plug then again and mark the used USB port. Turn of "Allow the Computer to Turn off This Device to Save Power" for that USB ports. https://winbuzzer.com/2021/06/10/how-to-fix-or-use-usb-selective-suspend-settings-on-windows-10-xcxwbt/ With MMJoy2 - "son" of MJoy16 (MJ16); is easy to rename the controllers with the MJSetup (a firmware configurator), but with MJ16 only if editing - with hexadecimal editor; the firmware before make the flash, PITA if you are not coder, "been there, done that" - one and last time.
