Arado 234 Throttle Movement During In-Air Restart.

Occasionally when I'm going through single engine, in-air restart procedures both throttle levers inexplicably move to 57% without any input on my part. Has anyone experienced this, and is there a reason why this happens?

Appears to be a Virpil throttle glitch. After further investigation things started getting wonky when I moved the throttle levers separately. Makes restarts an adventure.
