Dedicated dogfight practice groups?

Any groups/squads out there who are dedicated to regular dogfight practice (maybe even training) and welcome to new members?   I practice alone on Berloga and other servers, with massively varying degrees of success/failure, without much of a scooby why (and despite watching all the vids under the sun).
