CoD doesn't start.

Installing on Steam without no problems, integrity of files :ok  

when click on play,  louncher starts

Title apears

black screen with blue loading symbol

than  back on library or steam start page.

Have you gone through the other posts and see if any of the suggestions work for you?

If so, what have you already done?

 

Search my post history and you will find  suggestions (from me and others) in a few different threads. 

 

The problem as you describe is usually caused by a corrupted 1C softclub/clod folder. Or having different such folders across your system, old version (from a previous or parallel non-Blitz install; ie old CloD) or windows not having access to write and read from the folder. 
 

Do a search for the folder “il-2 Cliffs of Dover” on your system and delete / rename all instances. Disable Steam Cloud if enabled and launch CloD again. 

The folder is usually created in Documents on your C drive.
