Kicked off

Hello folks I'm having a problem with getting kicked off bergola and also the European server . 

It loads , and I get to the map and then connection lost ? Anyone know why that's happening ? Is it just me ? Does anyone know who to PM on this site, that runs the EU server ? Or the Bergloa  Server ?

It is most likely that your "Ping" is higher than they accept. Something to do with slow internet speed. You are not the only one, same problem here.
