Thrustmaster doesn't work

Thrustmaster warthog ( Joy + throttle ) has stopped working in BoX. It is completely dead. Only pedals work. In other games it's fine (DCS). Could it be a problem in the settings of Steam?

I have a comple Thrustmaster Warthog with Pedals and all works perfectly fine.
