Is the thread title supposed to read anti air artillery? Technically, an anti artillery mission would be counter battery fire wouldn't it?

Yes, Anti air artillery , in Missions is what I am asking about. I have it listed, but it doesn't work. Thought I'd ask why. I do not have Tank crew, so I figure thats the reason.

Can one gift collector vehicles activated on myself to another user?  I vaguely remember one could not. If I am wrong, you could have mine. Own them never used them

I don't think so, if you have already registered it to yourself it cannot be then be gifted to another

I designed in my Kuban campaign a mission that you play this time not a pilot flying but as a pilot in a reconnaissance mission to a new airfield in the Gelendzhik area. The whole mission is played with the collector GAZ vehicle, and you will have the opportunity to use your AAA gun. It is a challenging ground only mission and a different point of view where you are on ground instead of looking from above. A completely different perspective.
