No thanks to even more restrictive horse blinders, not the thing needed for gaining any immersion in a flight sim.  Want something that helps suspend the disbelief, not helps define it.

I seriously doubt flight and or race simmers were the target audience Big Screen had in mind with this headset. Kind of suprised any flight simmer would even consider it.

I certainly have to agree! When I originally posted this; I thought maybe this was something that looked interesting. But after everything that has emerged since then I agree why any flight simmer even consider this would be a mystery.

Yep, this thread is saving me money, and I'm pleased my G2 is still comparing well (not counting the cables I've had to replace).

IMHO the Reverb G2 is still today the best "bang for the buck VR" headset - especially for flight and race sim fans.
