Anything Since August 2020?

Have there been any updates/upgrades to CloD or DW-T since Aug 2020? I'm not asking about minor fixes, but anything substantial?

 

Also, I've seen comments regarding future updates/upgrades to the sky & terrain, VR, and even new planes (FW 190 A-3 & maybe P-51A?), but is there anything planned regarding a rework of the format? Maybe custom quick missions or campaigns?

First question, It's just been bug fixes and some single player missions.

 

As for the second part, there's currently an ongoing beta for vr, truesky, and a graphics update. But not much is known beyond that.

The Fw-190A-1 to A-3 will be in the next installment TF 6.0, nothing else has been stated. The Channel map will be updated to to 1942 and the Desert War will continue where it left off after the Axis captured Tobruk. World events last year, Jason’s departure from 1C (he was TFS’ liaison), the game being sold to Fulqrum and TF 6.0 being put on hold as of Autumn last year resulted in no announcement of content last year. However, this month or next month there will hopefully be an announcement.

In January 2022 it was stated they got their first new plane flying in Beta — it was an entirely new plane so not a variant like the Bf-109G-2, nor was it the Fw-190.

I'm excited for more, but see folks have been patiently waiting for years. With a lull in GB, it would be a great time for some good news in the WWII flight sim world.

I started a thread on this, and I was surprised that a few forum members suggested DCS as an important relay for the WWII combat flight sims in the close future. Feel free to have a look a it, Feldgrun, it's over there.

Would that be the 'car door' version?
