GOA_Walter_Nowotny Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Hi pilots and ME makers: I have a question about V-1 bomb function. In Mission Editor I can make a V-1 bomb start, take off and bomb the target. Now I want to restart the V-1 to attack other target ( I have a random switch with 6 alternatives).I put a "On Plane Crushed" event after bomb the target and respawn again with "Spawner" (the 1st time is spawn too). Also I have a "On plane destroyed" and "On killed" events in case that you shot it an destroy. And respawn again the V-1. But it works 1 time. After engage with my plane and shot it (V-1 explode), it respawn again after a timer (6sec.) but don´t start and take off again. I'am missing something? Or this bombs need more time to start and take off again? I have attached the group if you want to test it. Thanks for your help! V1_descubrir_icon_ini.rar
Sketch Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 (edited) Couple of issues... You're missing a target link connection for option 4: I do not see any onKilled event for the V1 rocket. You do have an onPlaneCrashed, but that doesn't seem to respawn the V1 rocket at all. I changed the onPlaneCrashed to onKilled and it's working again. You did do onKilled and onDamaged for the ramp. Which will stop the v1 rocket from working if the ramp is destroyed. Once I fixed these issues, it worked flawlessly for me. Here's the video: Edited February 7, 2023 by Sketch 1
GOA_Walter_Nowotny Posted February 9, 2023 Author Posted February 9, 2023 Thanks Sketch again for your help! I must say that I posted this problem very late at night and the next day with my brain cleaned of cache, I noticed certain errors like "on killed". But it didn't work until I read you and I realized that I had inadvertently modified the "object selected". I have modified all and now it works correctly like your vid. Thanks for taking the time! Salute! 1
