Radio Equipment available for fighter airplanes in Spanish Civil War?

Hi All,

I would like know, if radio equipment was used in the SCW 1936 - 1939 for fighter planes?

I just started to fly some late summer 1936 missions with the SCW SkinPack (Fake He51 / Pfalz DIII)and with Vander's EMG and I am not sure if I should use radio communication or not.
