In that case I suspect that the trigger can be folded to a save position. Like german folding trigger, it will be set to the save postion every time you stop to fire. But the difference here is that is put to the ready position when starting the egnine. I think that makes much more sense and should be like that in german planes as well, because there is no way to engage or disengage manually (this is not a high fidelity flight sim for good reasons), but it looks a bit silly. If my conclusion is right then it just look like clipping, but it actually reset to the save position every time. Plus, is set to ready to fire position when you fly the plane which is probably against protocol, but looks less weird that resetting to save position after every shot.
