Banned from EU server 2023

I don't know of a way to write to the powers that be in this server, so I will say it here in a public forum.
  I found myself in a 262 the other night and there was a cargo plane that had to be shot down or we would lose the war. I found it, I dropped on it and finally shot it and soon found myself buried up it's back side. I was dead and so was he.
  It was then I started getting vote bans from the enemy side. My team mates stood up for me and managed to ban him back and he was kicked (I had more mates than him). I managed to do it 2 more times on other cargo planes, which meant 2 more deaths to me. But the next one I had learnt from my previous mistakes and got a good kill. The closure rate is not something I was used to, not to mention the bad maneuverability..

  So when I fire up the server next time I was surprised to see that I had been banned for 24 hours. WTF!

  This is the same server where certain people leave the server before they are shot down and then rejoin, and somehow that is o.k. The same server where our tanks and airfields are constantly rammed by kamikazes one after the other. Same server where I've been shot on the runway and parachute too many times to count. Same server I've been flying on for years without many incidents.

  But as soon as I smash up the back of a cargo plane I am banned! How is it right? I ask you all. Do you think it's fair?

  I would certainly like an answer from the person in the eu server who pushed the button! So dear EU server admins, please help me out here with a good solid explanation.

  Apparently I wasn't the first 262 in history to ram a plane by accident. Vid below.

  Please do not see this as a whinge. Do I get banned every time I fck up and hit the back of a plane. Does everyone or anyone else for that matter?

I know how you feel , I had guy team kill me on European server , so the next day I saw him and team killed him back . Now I get kicked if I don't use a VPN .
