TBD79_OD_ Posted January 30, 2023 Posted January 30, 2023 (edited) Evening all, We've been trying to run a PW campaign and it was all set up, ready to go. I got into IL2 and went to multi-player. Set up the Co-op room and clicked continue and instead of loading the mission it took me back to the menu screen with the two squares "Cooperative" and "Dogfight". I've restarted the game. I've verified the integrity of the game in Steam and it said there were four corrupted files, replaced those and tried again. Same thing. I wasn't able to host any of the co-op missions at all. Apologies for the crap phone recording... Has anyone else encountered this or is anyone aware of a fix? Thanks, OD Edited February 1, 2023 by TBD79_OD_ Added video

tvcasualty Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Suddenly we are having the same issue... My ports (28000 and 28100) are both forwarded, but when checking them from an online port checker they say blocked... Combat Box server connects fine with a low IP ??? Not sure whats up.

I would bet this is because you forgot to configure your router with a static IP assignment for your PC. It will work for a little while, until the DHCP lease doesn't get renewed, and then your PC will get assigned a new IP, but the router will keep trying to forward traffic to an address that's no longer present on your network. You can check this by seeing if the address from ipconfig matches the address your router is configured to forward traffic to.
