Spitfire Mk.VB water radiator bug

On the contrary of all other fighters I flew so far, which have both oil and water radiators (or outlet flaps for radial engines) nicely regulated to cope with a wide flight envelope, only this (AFAIK) does have its radiator fully closed at start. As a consequence, if the player (also misleaded by false technochat) does not open soon it, the engine will seize up. Not a big deal, but would be good to have this fixed.
