JG27_Mainz Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 On the default Spit XIV skin template, there is a layer called "Yellow ID Markings" which applies the yellow stripe on the leading edge of the wings. Also on this layer, there is a small gray dot in the inboard area of the left wing. Is this dot intended to be here as part of the paint scheme, or is it an accident?
Trooper117 Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 It ensures that any hit in that exact spot will snap the wing off 3

The yellow stripe is obviously working as intended and should be kept if you want it in your paint scheme. My question is regarding the small gray dot. Is it, or is it not, supposed to be there?

My question is regarding the small gray dot. Is it, or is it not, supposed to be there? NO, it's NOT meant to be there. I know what your question was meant to be. It's a mistake on THAT layer in the template, in answer to your enquiry. My reply to your question was to delete that error on the template, I wasn't suggesting to delete the entire layer. Sorry for not making myself entirely clear! Edited January 27, 2023 by Raptorattacker 1
