Dogcrap, don't get them from VR Rock.

Ill fitting, soft rubber cups, lenses are too far set back, big wide gap makes an unstable fit with the thin weak rubber, and no way these even close to my lens prescription, horrible looking through them as simple glasses outside the HMD.  Get the distinct impression these lenses are made out of recycled pop bottles.  They shipped them immediately out of China, so they were pulled out of a ready bin, any lens will do, about says it about all.

Only positive is the nice case they came in, my wife wanted it for ear buds.

In the trash.

Full disclosure, I wasn't paid for this review, but I did pay for it.

Sorry to hear you got such a bad product. For anyone looking for vr prescription lenses I highly recommend vr optician. In my experience they work great, fit tightly and are pretty quickly produced and delivered.

May give them a whirl.

Reloptix is what I'm using on my G2. Two part system. Base part snaps over the headset lens. Scrip lens part attaches with magnets. Pretty slick and easy to swap out or remove if I have my contacts in. Made in the US.

I can definitely recommend VR Optician too :good:

Generally, for people required to wear glasses under the goggles VR prescription lenses are a real gamechanger - comfort wise (glasses always pinch here and there and are constantly smeared) as well as from the advantageous optical effect of having a better FOV and sweet spot compared to having glasses on.

Another plug for VR Optician. Got it right on the first time for my G2 and couldn't be happier.

Now a Reloptics user, its a great set up, real lenses made to prescription, outstanding mounting concept and implementation.  They're working far better than I thought possible, crisp clean picture, opted for their VR solution and formula for implementing soft readers into the prescription, since I still can't read up close even with glasses, the functionality is quite amazing.  I could notice the improvement immediately in the OpenXR blue triangle screens and the fine print of the IL-2 loading black screen was now easily readable.  Game looks fantastic, don't see any negatives, very pleased.  Didn't think my eyes were that bad in VR, don't get old.  Laid the mounting frames on top of my home boiler and once warm they popped on it mere seconds secure, the lenses are held in place on top of these magnetically.

Thanks for tossing them up as an option Drano, first rate company and their pricing is competitive, you'll get what your paying for.  You can take them out, hold them up to the eyes and they are as good as your glasses because they do the prescription right.  Very happy user.

Used their lenses twice, for CV1 and for Odyssey. If I get back to VR I'll definitely order their lenses again.

I used VROptician for my RiftS and they were just fiine. I have a fairly extreme scrip and they were able to accomodate it so I went with them at the time. I looked into using them for the G2 but the cost of the lenses and shipping them to the US made the Reloptix a no-brainer for me. But if you're on that side of the pond you can't go wrong with VROpticians.
