DDS import settings for Photoshop

PS stupid Q: Since i installed PS CC2021 new i get this  when i want to load a DDS file; before i never saw the raster (see pic).

Either with NVDIA or Intel DDS tools installed. Must be some PS setting i cannot find ... (put the question on Discord too).
Has it to do with Alpha Transparency set active on DDS imports, and where can you turn that off ?

Re saving without Transparency and  and re loading fixes it. (asked the Q in Discord too).

Have you looked in your PS preferences? I think there is a check box for generator that needs to be checked. It's been awhile since I fooled around w/ preferences, but I seem to remember having a similar issue awhile back.
