Better bomb fuses (20lb Cooper bomb, 8kg 115mm, & 12.5kg P.u.W; FAB-50SV)

With Flying Circus the default bomb fuses were used for the 20lb Cooper bomb. This means that the bomb takes much longer to arm, and thus has to be released from higher altitudes, than is historically accurate. The result is that it is much less effective. This mod fixes that.

The Cooper bomb was armed by a pinwheel that was rotated 25 times by the oncoming wind before locking into position. Apparently this happened very quickly - with bombs often being dropped at 100 feet from the target and arming themselves in half that distance!

To represent this the bomb now arms in half a second after release, making it finally useable from a slow biplane fighter against smaller targets such as trucks.

Notes:

I've extended the fix to the smallest sizes for French (8kg) and German (12.5kg) bombs as well. If you have any information about French bomb flight-times required for fusing in WWI it would be very much appreciated. The same goes for the German & Polish P.u.W. series bombs!

Until I get accurate information I'm assuming a flight time similar to the Cooper bomb for the French and 1.5 seconds for the German bombs (as the bomb itself has to spin to arm the mechanism).

Note: I've also attached a separate mod for the FAB-50SV (which I assume will make a lot of U-2VS pilots happy, and a lot of U-2VS  aircraft shredded to pieces). If you have any information about the flight time required to arm a FAB-50SV (and whether it could be adjusted by ground crews) it would also be much appreciated. This mod is purely speculative
