S!

I hope all is well and my Reverb G2 was delivered today and have been getting to grips with it.

First, I noticed that Superhot demo would go black for no reason (AMD chipset I suppose) but Il-2 worked fine off the bat. Flying over MSE at 4,000 feet in my trust Se5A made me air sick!

Two things if you can be so kind:

1. How do I change the gunsight view compared to Track IR?

2. Also, any tweaks to recommend looking over your six?

Many thanks for your thoughts and assistance.

Woof!

1) I have a couple of zoom options that I rarely use when changing the gunsight view (when shooting on a target, you can zoom in..)

2) I use a program called VRNeckSafer and use one of my hat switch joystick buttons to check my 6 o'clock view.  I do not turn my neck like an owl, as, overtime, that becomes very painful...

To change the view position, physically move your head where you'd like, hit the F-10 key to save that position, than relax to your normal seated posture and hit the centerVR command.  Best to use the same stick button or key command for necksafer and centerVR so they're both in sync, save you from having any issues.  I save buttons by also putting the return to cockpit view from external views on the same button.

This could help me a lot in identifying enemy aircraft. How is it done in VR? I assigned the two game zoom commands to a joystick axis command, but it doesn't work...

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Have a look in the Game GUI, there are like 5 levels of VR zoom you can assign.

Found, thanks!

I foolishly looked for it in "camera controls" instead of "pilot head control"...
