Dual monitor without Nvidia "Span Displays with Surround" feature?

Hello 

I am trying to run dual monitor on IL2 1946.

I know this is possible with "Span Displays with Surround" in Nvidia control panel.

the problem is that i cannot open Nvidia control panel.

it is installed but just doesn't lunch . I tried to re-install but still I just cannot use Nvidia control panel

so is there an alternative approach to dual monitor ?
