Could it be dumped in real life? I kinda doubt it, but if that was posible, then ofc we should have it as well.

I doubt the full rack could be ejected, but maybe the adapter that holds the SC-50s?

 

By the way, your video perfectly shows how ridiculous the ground handling is at the moment as you can just keep on track with full right rudder and tapping the right toe brake repeatedly

 I landed and took off by just slamming the throttle forward and counter with rudder. Did not need any braking. The ground handling is ridiculous on the Fw190 at the moment. Never seen in those videos it spinning around like a drunk when applying slightest of power.
