Sayn-Wittgenstein flew two Ju88 concurrently 1943 in Russia. This is his second craft, which he used as an express fighter on moonlight nights. The plane had no radar equipement and the gondola removed. He scored most of his victories with this plane during the Kursk offensive.

Few good ""Uhu-like"" night  treatments for those aircraft are about. So glad you did them.

Bf109G-6, yellow 9, 3./JG 300, pilot Lothar Sachs, Bonn-Hangelar Germany September 1943

Bf109-G6-yellow9-3-JG300.png

A Bf 109 with an interesting paint scheme, which was used when Jg 300 performed "wilde Sau" missions at night. The lower wings and the lower fuselage were painted black, even the Balkencross was overpainted. Lothar Sachs used that painting still into early 1944 when JG 300 switched more and more into daylight missions.

@Boelcke Thank you for including blank skins with your work! Even going as far as including blanks with and without swastikas!

Paul Wilson's PWCG uses the tactical codes functionality in game perfectly!

Fw190A-6, Wnr 550445, green 1, Stab JG 300, pilot Hajo Herrmann, Germany autumn 1943 - blank skin included

This aircraft was used by Hajo Herrmann in autumn 1943, when JG 300 just started operations with it´s single engined fighters at night. At that time the unit was called JG "Herrmann" after it´s commander and was named JG 300, 301 and 302 at the end of 1943.

Hajo Herrmann scored 7 victories with this plane and was shot down with it in September 1943, surviving with some injuries.

The plane was painted in the usual day fighter camouflage, later the lower surface of the starboard wing on some planes was painted black as recogniction sign for the searchlight and AA gun crews.
