Any other videos of taking off?

Are there some other videos on taking off other than the one for the Spitfire Mk.I by Soren Dalsgaard?

I ask because Soren did not have an audio instruction.  I tried to follow what he was doing and missed some important steps that I picked up on from Chuck's aircraft guides.  I was really supersized at how very long the plane was kept in full Boost (or so it appears to me).  

No disparaging of what Soren did.
