Second PC for configuring Virpil controls

It's been about 3 years since I was actively simulating and I've forgotten a lot.   Basically starting from scratch and I know my cockpit setup is not conducive for tweaking joystick files, etc...  I've got a laptop I'm thinking of loading up IL-2 with and using that to tweak joystick files, etc... 

 

What are the config files I'd need to transfer to the sim rig after hours of tweaking on the "test laptop"?  Does IL-2 use a "LUA file concept" like DCS?

Also, where are these files stored?

The Data > Input folder has all the mappings aif that's what you are asking

Thank you sir.  I'll take a look around there...  Is that date there mapped to my login ID or is that only on each physical rig where I've made the settings.  In other words, I could log in on 3 different machines and have 3 different config file (LUA?) settings?
