Option to disable Friendly Fire notifications

I'd like an option to disable Friendly Fire notifications, both in SP and as a server setting.

 

Obviously there are a lot of servers where this wouldn't be appropriate. But it's immersion breaking in single-player. I recently got turned around and bombed the wrong artillery positions, which happened in real life too. They didn't have a magic "fires on friendly" notification to warn them.

 

Or in co-op... I've thought about running a late-war German vs. Romanian scenario with some friends. I trust them not to friendly-fire deliberately, but flying 109s vs 109s that's very likely to happen. I'd prefer if we figure it out by communicating over the radio, rather than getting an automatic notification.
