Has anyone got a Pico4 to work properly?

That's the question. I've had mine for 4 days and haven't. I've had problems primarily with getting it to connect with Steam - every once in a while everything seems to work ,and I get reasonably good ( but not great) performance, and the n because of one reason or another it doesn't connect again. I've had problems getting in touch with support aqs well,and it is usually in Japanese , except when I've emailed secondary support in Holland(?)

I believe it is truly a wonderful step forward, but I am on the cusp of returning it and going back to a fully functioning Reverb G2....sigh...

I must say that Reverb G2 is one hell of a headset. Has to be the best bang for the buck all around VR headset I have seen to date.
