New virtual squadron for non-native english speakers recruiting

I announce here the creation of The 24th Foreign Guards Division

 

I see many players not getting into squads because of language limitations.

For this reason, I create the squadron. Obviously you can, and if you want you should, join the squad even if you speak fluent English, but keep in mind the purpose of this group.

Another reason is the lack of organized allied players who fly mostly Soviet aircraft. So if you fit into that, and are missing a group to play in, here you will find it.

For now I only have the discord server created, when I have more time (after this weekend) I will structure it better and expose the hierarchy and the official sorties system of the squadron. As I am no dictator, suggestions and debates are always welcome.

Feel free to join, even if you don't intend to be recruited or are already part of another squad. Ultimately, it is a channel to train your communication in another language, and make friends to play in voice communication.

If you and the other players speak the same language, you are free to communicate in that language, but if there are other players present who don't speak it, give preference to the common language, usually english.

If you don't understand a sentence someone else has said, ask them to repeat it more slowly, in another way, or help them express themselves by politely teaching them how to do it. Mockery for linguistic limitations will not be accepted.
