New to Vr Help needed

So i have the meta quest 2, but I'm having a problem with Il-2 and vr, this does not happen in none vr mode.

The problem is my controls are not very responsive, if i go into a shallow dive to attack ground targets using the spitfire i cant pull up, its the same with banking left and right, its just so slow in doing it.

The game runs fine i get no lag or any think, I'm getting good FPS.
