14.1.3 unresponsive when creating mission

I just updated to 14.1.3 and found that my original campaign takes a long time to create any missions. If I create a new campaign, it takes a little shorter to create mission. But overall, it still seems to be slower than previous versions. I updated from 13.10.1. Any one is experiencing this problem? I tried deleting the whole PWCG folder and reinstalling and also updated Java but it's all the same.

It's just as slow for me, even though I only recently switched my system to SSD M2.

It is slower than in the past but its like 1 min or so, isn't a big deal to me.
