Force Feedback for IL-2: BOS?

VERY Happy to see this project started and moving forward!  Can't wait to virtually fly close air support missions in a Shturmovik to support the 62nd Army's desperate defense on the banks of the Volga! 

 

I realize it's early, but I wonder if the devs could comment if there are any plans to have force feedback as a feature?  It would be great to to be able use my trusty Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 stick in the new game.

FF is supported in ROF so Im sure it will be also supported in BOS....

Yeah, agree with Tvrdi, is supported in ROF so mostly sure it will be in BOS.

Yeah I enabled it today and its quality FFB support!!!!!!  I have a Logitech G940 and it felt great!

Oleg is not around this time - he disliked FFB absolutely and I was warned for critizising it at SimHQ   - so there will be FFB for all of us to enjoy, I can smell it too! Hope you're both right, Tvrdy & Haashashin. I would like to have my Sidewinder FFB2 back, jumping all over the place again.  :D

Actually I really like my MS with FF in ROF. Hope they use it in the software.

Yes, the old and trusty Sidewinder FFB2 works like a sharme in ROF for me. I see no reason why it should be other than that in BOS

It would seem the MSFF Sidewinder sticks are, at least periodically,

"made" on e-bay.

Just "won" a NIB/NOS, literally in box, two weeks ago.

Same here, i love my sidewinder FF for all prop aicrafts, i use my Hotas Warthog only for jets

5) Will the BoS maintain joysticks MSFF2? Can we expect the level of implementation of the feedback as in RoF?

Yes. The level of implementation will be even better than in previous games. But the quality depends on the device you are using. We will surely give its recommendations closer to the game's release.
