TheSNAFU Posted December 17, 2022 Posted December 17, 2022 It sounds like he was unable to overcome the boot of the metatrooper leadership to get things done he believed should be done. Not surprising, he is an incredibly creative guy who was not going to last at a place that limited that creativity because of their own "agendas". I dont know how he lasted this long. It will be interesting to see what he does in the future.
chiliwili69 Posted December 17, 2022 Posted December 17, 2022 I really don´t know how he has not done that before. All original Oculus key team is gone. That´s the beauty of company acquisitions. I wonder how Oculus would have evolved if Facebook didn´t acquire them.
TheSNAFU Posted December 17, 2022 Posted December 17, 2022 Oculus would likely have had better headsets and some ass kickin vr games! 1

dburne Posted December 21, 2022 Author Posted December 21, 2022 Well Oculus started out good, then greed took over - Zuck buying them up for an insane amount of money and eventually changing to total direction of the company into what he seems to want. Global domination of the Meta Verse. I mean hell, most people now think Meta created the Meta Verse. Nope Zuck just snatched up the chance to get the Meta name and change his company to Meta. Btw over 2 hours of Spanish speaking, can't do sorry lol.
