Another suggestion : move the TWO  poor existing "western"  tanks in the same camp, by changing their markings -that could be cheap- and, if possible, by adding some external accessories to increase the immersion.......

and then - by special blessings of the Olympus -  crew them accordingly...even with just dirty, greasy overall, as tankers wore after some days in action . No need to create costly brand new uniforms ready for a GHQ parade !

With the jeeps, Bren carrier, Puma, Greyhound, Halftracks , and a conspicuous artillery we can have now a respectable ground force.....?

Absolutely agree on this. And if we could have an AI only (german, Soviet, US) bulldozer that would be nice addition to the environment.

But a bulldozer as a static block is also welcome.

 

And because it is also a Flight sim may I remind, that we miss many planes as a static version. Please do not forget that.

As an AI plane is such heavy in CPU resources I am still wondering why we do not have all the planes with the static version. 

To populate airfields it is the best solution using static models. We miss so many plane models.

This is the modern version of a farming machine to make large quantities of butter from milk. A very modern shaker indeed.

 

Now looking a this contraption, if the center of gravity was on the same axis of the flapping umbrella, the vehicle ten times lighter and the flapping frequency ten times higher it may really take off. It would not be flyable in the sense of having a controlled trajectory but at least it would hover somehow.

Wardog said it was delayed due to translation issues, making me think  they had something important to clarify, like all of the questions regarding the future of the franchise since the last big dd left more questions than answers. Instead we get some radar ships, and we dont have any radar system in game, so *shrug

You guys read way too much into everything....

Anything that gets posted on the EN forums goes through an official interpreter. Relying on something like google translate would be a disaster.

You should see what some of the interoffice stuff looks like when I translate it. ?

I was alerted that the incoming DD would be ready later in the day. And I posted that.

When I was notified that it was stuck in translation, I posted that too.

It is the end of the year. A lot of the staff are taking vacation. That may be it, it may not be.

I don't know the why, and it doesn't matter.

I agree Google translate is not a good quality, but they cover all languages. You should try DeepL. We use the Pro version for business and in certain languages the quality is just excellent.

But not all languages are covered like Google  translate. English and Russian are covered in DeepL.

Sometime ago Google declared that they admit that Google translate is far from the quality of DeepL and it was their target to reach it.

At the moment they are still not there.

As I do not speak Russian I cannot check how good is the translation in Russian, but maybe you can have the devs check this.

It is a genuine BoN picture -just resizing to fit in limits-  all elements are there,  screenshots from the video of a solo QM ;  I most enjoyed playing with the sunrise lights on the beach at  " Port Winston" .
