Battle of the Bulge mission 2

I'm having trouble installing Battle of the Bulge mission 2.  When I tried using the "resave all missions in folder"  option in the ME it said that there was an error in doing so.  What else can be done?

Can you post the msnbin and/or mission file? BTW a cmpbin file won't work loading

Mission file is 9,390 kb.  msnbin file is 1,265 kb.
