Cliffs over Dover Blitz VR Beta: Cliffs over Dover Campaign Mission 2

Gunfreak is sharing his video of his second scramble mission in a brand new Hurricane (his first Hurricane is still being retrieved from a farmer's field). Stuka Ju87's are reported to be attacking Allied shipping in the English Channel, so Gunfreak's squadron are scrambled to intercept them. Lots of new action, although the ending has a faint hint of deja vu....?

 

Video recorded from Gunfreak's Virtual Reality headset in the Work-In-Progress Virtual Reality Visual Update beta currently in closed testing. Release of this update to be announced; upon release it will be automatically installed via Steam free of charge into your copy of IL2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz and also IL2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Desert Winds of Tobruk dlc.

lol, oh god, not again!

I like what he's doing with the videos, but I guess it's a sign that I'm getting old, because most of the time his commentary is just mumbling to my ears... I can't make out what he's saying half the time.

However, I hope he keeps going with the video making, and eventually works out the best way to attack a Stuka... ?

At least there is finallly some evidence of use of the gunsight rings for range, if not wingspan. IDK though if the convergence distance has actually been set in the mission editor, MP menu or whether the mission settings are merely "default".  Anyway, these videos are the most practical way of keeping the forum active and need to be encouraged ?
