Battle of Britain campaign

Well we have all the aircraft, both British fighters and all the relevant German aircraft and also a suitable English Channel map with most of the airfields in southern England and in France, and most importantly a lot of campaign and mission creators who have shown their skills over the years. If this was possible, perhaps being able to fly for either the RAF or the Luftwaffe and have it take place in the months of August and September 1940

It would be something to look forward to in 2023

Cheers

Check out pwcg - it moves the BoB to 1941 so that the planeset works - but it has the BoB.

We don't have the aircraft for the Battle of Britain.

We'd need a Hurricane Mark I, Spitfire Mark I or II, Bf109E-1 and E-3, Ju87B-2, Bf110C-4 and an He111H-2. We're close on a bunch of these but its not really the Battle of Britain. You can fudge it yes... but its not exactly the right aircraft set.

The map is going to be a bit different too as many of those bases grew between 1940 and 1944. Again, you can fudge it.

PWCG is the way to go although IMHO the aircraft set is more 1941 Channel War than 1940 Battle of Britain. And there is always Team Fusion and Cliffs of Dover ;)

Ok, another BOB thread asked about and answered.

Several options have been provided and there is no need to drag this one out.
