The downloaded template file cannot be find

I downloaded some v1 tasks from ths forum and put them in the single task folder. The game can't be found. It seems that one file is missing. How can I load them correctly?

It's hard to tell, but these look like group files and not specific missions. Groups can be added to missions as a sort of template for something specific. In this case, a v1 launcher group.
