surface edited textures disappear from a distance in the Rheinland maps

Hi.

 

I´ve been wanting to improve the Rheinland maps by adding sandbanks and the like to the rivers, lakes and sea, using the mission editor. Unfortunately, textures that are put on water disappear when viewed from further than a small distance. This happens on all Rheinland maps, but not on any of the other maps and is present in both the ME and the game.

 

Can you please fix this. The Normandy maps water looks much better partly because of the addition of textures to the water to create a sence of depth. The Rheinland map could be upped to the same level with a bit of community effort, as soon as this issue is fixed!
