PWCG generating just one mission type

First off i do love PWCG. It provides by far the best SP and COOP experience for il-2. 

 

I'm playing a Coop fighter campaign with a friend.
II JG52 on the Moscow Map.

We just started and flew a few Missions. Everytime a Close Air Patrol Mission was generated. 
That made me wonder and i generated a bunch of missions and scrubbed them. Everytime it was a CAP Mission. Not the same. weather, aircrafts and target location did change. Then i set the value for CAP missions to 0 and generated another Mission. Again a CAP Mission.

In my sp campaign i don't have that problem. Same configuration.

Do i miss something?

Running into the same issue now on our campaign. Been fine for the last 6 months or so, but now even when adjusting the mission type weights, it will only generate CAP missions.

 

Any resolutions to this?

well my issue might be a timing/date issue with PWCG in stalingrad. It is currently Dec 9 1942 in our JG3 campaign. If I push the date back to Nov 29th for example, mission types work just fine. But pushing up in to Dec it will only generate CAP missions
