PeaceO Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 As I am flying a mission the helpful text I use on the right side of the screen- which shows such things as throttle position, flaps activity, stabilizer setting, overheating, etc. will disappear without my consent lol. And I cannot restore it. The left side text is always there no problem. Pressing hide icons doesn't affect a restoration of the right-side text. I'd really appreciate a remedy to this dilemma if you're willing and have any ideas you're willing to share. Gratitude. <Salute>
Ribbon Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 I reported it in bug section, happens to me and my sqdn mates as well! 1

R33GZ Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Can you press enter and that brings the full window up with text history? I dont use technochat, so apologies if this is poor advice ?
I./JG52_Woutwocampe Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Yeah there has been 3 or 4 updates since this has been reported and it still happens from time to time. 2
KevPBur Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 As others have said it has been reported serveral times over the past 3 or 4 updates. You should be able to find at least some of them in the bugs section and maybe add to it that it is still happening. As a bi-product it has forced me to learn to fly to the guages and read the engine parameters. I now no longer use the technochat and am enjoying the extra emersion greatly. I might not be getting every last 100% of power in cruise/combat mode or getting every last second of boost but I have only blown the engine once or twice when fighting a loosing battle and ragging the engine was the only really hope anyway. Now if I could just get my eyes to be 30 years younger I might be able to stop flashing the labels up to find the little blighters before they find me! 1 1
