DN308 Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 Trying to make a train running in England, I can’t make it so far. The train is on the track, with the tander (g8 and g8t) and a few wagons. A Wpt is OL to the train. The train is activated by a player’s wpt and the train’s wpt is activated 2s later. The train don’t move at all. Is here any subtility to know???
TG-55Panthercules Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 This is historically accurate - trains in England run notoriously poorly. Only in Germany did Hitler make the trains run on time. 3
Jaegermeister Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 Make sure it's not on a curve. Check waypoints are centered on track and at ground level No more than 8 or 9 cars IIRC

As for England, don't forget they drive on the left there, and ported that bad habit to the SNCF in France as they built the first railways there. http://hawkdawg.com/rrhist/pdf/History_of_french_railway_english.pdf 6 hours ago, DN308 said: Trying to make a train running in England, I can’t make it so far. DN308 Posted November 29, 2022 Author Posted November 29, 2022 (edited) Ahhh. I see now. Yes, it could have been fun joke If it wasn’t that funny for you, railways users... We have our lot of ‘professional’ strikers/semi-workers in France... Edited November 29, 2022 by DN308
jollyjack Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 (edited) Avec un Jacket Jaune? Train1 was not on a railway but in a field. It looks like the train activation timer is triggered twice for train1, and not the train 1 start timer to the way point. Besides with trains i tend to set priorities to low, to motivate attacks etc. Set an extra MB with a timer, and at least train1 starts (camera added F12), your a20 is russian BTW Trains_DN308-2.zip Edited November 30, 2022 by jollyjack

The fascists ruled Italy for nearly 17 years before WWII from 1922 to 1939. After they stayed until 1944. So, in total 22 years, nearly a generation. I checked the trains on the Normandy map south of Tangmere airfield and they run full steam. However, I could not check it they were running according to schedule.
