'571 missing skins' but downloaded all the packs?

Hello!
I have downloaded all 16 of the packs for the IL-2 pwgc skins and placed them in the IL-2 folder. so 'IL-2 Battle of Stalingrad/data/graphics/skins'. But when I load up PWGC and run a skin analysis to display missing for all the enabled aircraft it's saying I have 571 skins missing. What am I missing?

Remind me to remove that button in the next release  

 

Seriously, I wouldn't worry about it.  the 16 skin packs are largely not in use, having been mostly replaced by the blank skins.  At some point I have to go over every skin and decide whether it is still relevant.  That is a fair amount of work.
